TORONTO, Nov. 20, 2012 - On December 5, 2012, Canadian Journalists for Free Expression (CJFE) will honour Mae Azango of Liberia, Rami Jarrah of Syria, Canadian media lawyer Dan Henry, and Enquête, Radio-Canada's investigative television program, with awards for their courageous reporting and commitment to freedom of expression, often in the face of threats. This year's Gala co-hosts will be CTV National News Correspondent Omar Sachedina and CBC Foreign Correspondent Nahlah Ayed.

The award will be presented at the 15th Annual CJFE Gala, to be held December 5, 2012, at the Fairmont Royal York hotel in Toronto.
